Chet Whitsitt is by far the best real estate agent that anybody could ever ask for! I have personally done multiple housing deals with Chet and he has always been honest, straightforward, and very pleasant to work with! Anytime I needed a house sold he got it done. Anytime I needed to buy a house he found me the right one. Even after having left the Memphis area, Chet continues to help me with my home searches and answer any questions that I may have even about real estate. CRYE-LEIKE REALTORS  ATTN:  HAROLD CRYE, DICK LEIKE or STEVE BROWN6525 QUAIL HOLLOW RD  MEMPHIS, TN  38120   To Whom It May Concern:  I thought I would finally sit down and take time to write a letter regarding our real estate experience with Crye-Leike Realtors, specifically focusing attention on our agent, Chet Whitsitt.  There are many words that come to mind to describe Chet:  Dependable, responsive, honest, accurate, open-minded, understanding, logical, reasonable, and most importantly, reachable and available.  It seemed like he was available 24/7!!  Chet was exactly the type of realtor we were searching for.  He adapted well to our busy schedules and always made us feel that he was right there when we needed something.  I talk on the phone most of the day at work and so I would send text messages to Chet during my work day, on weekends and evenings.  No matter the time, he always found the time to text back and responded to questions.  It is truly rare to find this quality in an agent.  In this economy, how can they survive not being available for their clients?  Buying and selling a home is very stressful and he always put things in a perspective to reduce the stress and worry even with all of the road blocks.  Chet always listened to our concerns and took whatever action we wanted from removing the sign in the yard to providing recommendations for a handyman.  He always cut to the chase and told us the facts, good or bad.  This quality made us trust him and we felt comfortable in both selling our home and purchasing my new home.  We would highly recommend Chet to friends and family looking to buy or sell.  He knows the business and does it well.  The number one quality that is a necessity, especially in today's market, is availability, availability, did I say availability?  Although we can't use that term with the agents that we had to work with, we certainly can say that Chet made us feel #1 on his priority list when we needed something from him or to reach him.  Chet's communications skills will continue to bring him great success.  He realizes that customers want to know the facts, need to know the truth, and want to be able to reach their agents.  This quality definitely puts him ahead of the competition and will continue to bring him success.  We were very pleased in the sales transaction of Espalier Circle.  Chet did everything possible to move the sale along even with all of the issues that continued to arise.  No disappointments there.  As far as the purchase of Vinings Creek Cv W, well, a little "bump in the road" with the selection of the mortgage lender in the begining but Chet got it corrected and the transaction went through smoothly.  HIs recommendations for the closing attorney, repairman, blinds in the new home were "outstanding" and he always had a recommendation when asked.  Anything else negative about the deal?  Oh, I never got to meet Judy, the  power behind Chet!!!  Smile!!  We absolutely love the  new home and appreciate Chet representing me during the purchase.  He is one fine real estate agent and high on our list for referrals.  Crye-Leike Realtors is very fortunate to have Chet and we know that we made the right choice in selecting him!!  Sincerely,  Chuck Pruitt
